The case involved a mother and father, an ex-wife daughter, an ex-husband, and an aunt, all suing one another in multiple cases.
What was in dispute was who paid to renovate the marital residence when the ex-wife and ex-husband were still married, and who was entitled to pay back on their “loans”. The case was particularly unsavory as there were tens of thousands of dollars in “loans” involved from both sides of the divorced family.
Attorney Pascazi moved his clients’ case forward, and conducted discovery, which showed that the opposing side actually could loose in a big way at trial. Neither side truly had the “heart” for a knock out, drag out trial.
Ergo, Attorney Pascazi put on his thinking cap, used his negotiating skills and experience, and was able to negotiate a global settlement acceptable to his clients, of the entire mess, which ended all of the interrelated the cases. Attorney Pascazi’s clients actually received payment from the opposing side as part of the settlement.
Should you, a loved one or a friend become involved with a loan dispute, seek competent legal advice as soon as possible. Loan dispute matters are complicated and require a good experienced lawyer. Attorney Pascazi would also like to hear about it. Pascazi Law Offices PLLC represents persons that are involved in loan disputes.
